Judy S. Miller is DFW Structural Consulting's Chief Financial Officer. She has over 27 years experience in the management of structural engineering businesses and is also a senior level engineering technician. Judy's CFO duties include providing both operational and programmatic support to the organization. She supervises the finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. Judy also works as an integral team member with the President and Chief Engineer on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to project design and implementation, budget management, cost benefit analysis, forcasting needs and the securing of new funding.
Brad Miller, President and Senior Engineering Technician, is DFW Structural Consulting's project manager responsible for the design of building systems and construction programs. He is also responsible for the supervision and production of construction documents, bid specifications, and administration of the construction contract. In addition to these design and construction related responsibilities, he is in charge of running the day to day operations of the business practice. He has 33 years of experience in structural design, investigation, documentation, restoration, and building project management.

Educated in management curricula at the University of Texas at Austin, he has earned an associate degree in design from Eastfield Junior College, and a B.S. degree in Management from Amber University. Brad has had the fortunate opportunity to study and practice engineering along side prominent Dallas engineers such as Charles F. Terry, P.E., Frank B. Reedy, P.E., AIA, Dr. Michael T. Elman Ph.D., P.E., Dr. Alfredo Cervantes, Ph.D, P,.E., and Kyle B. Burgy, P.E.
Kyle B. Burgy, P.E., Principal, is DFW's engineer of record and holds professional registrations in Texas, Alabama, Ohio, and the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). Kyle has personally designed and acted as structural engineer of record for over $1.5 billion in construction while working for Huckabee and Associates, Inc. He is proficient in the use of engineering software such as RISA 3D, STAAD PRO, RAM STRUCTURAL, ANSYS, ENERCALC, and L-PILE. Kyle is also proficient in the use of AutoCAD.

He holds his B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Toledo. He is a member of Tau Beta PI National Engineering Honor Society. Kyle brings to DFW a broad range of experience in various types and styles of building systems and material compositions, and has over 35 years of engineering practice. Kyle has valuable experience from previous employment at notable firms such as Charles F. Terry, Inc., Tremco Inc., Ellisor and Tanner, Inc., and Huckabee and Associates.
